An exemption to the law has been proposed which will allow a mother to breastfeed her child "in any place she has the right to be". Although no one has been arrested in Kansas for breastfeeding, it's rather sad that there is any need at all to pass laws that allow the most basic and beautiful act of love between a mother and child.
