A 25 year-old Canadian woman with a history of body issues decided to pose nude for an art class and discovered something that every first-time nudist experiences. Admittedly, dropping my bright red, toaster-and-kettle-patterned fleece robe - sexy, I know - for the first time was a little strange. But once you're naked for five minutes, it's not like they're seeing something they haven't seen before.For Laura Power, not only was the experience fun, she felt "more appreciated than a magazine cover model". She plans on doing it again.

That's the spirit. More people should do something like that. It would make them feel better about how they look.
