Judge Denies Nudist Visits With Grandchildren

In a ruling that is certain to send shivers down the spine of any nudist or naturist with children or grandchildren, a Pasco County judge ruled against weekend visitations because they were to take place at the Lake Como nudist resort. Suzanne Jonas had originally won a court order for her two grandchildren to visit.
But a contractor for the Florida Department of Children and Families blocked the visits.

Circuit Judge Linda Babb upheld that decision. She said as long as the state has any involvement in where the girls live and with whom, she could not approve visits to a nudist community.

"As long as the state is involved, most of the placements of children is considered temporary," said family law attorney Howard Iken.
