In Brattleboro, It's About the Children

That's sick. Vote one for the Dictatorial Majority.

I have to wonder if the child's parents put her up to that performance. It's a shame her parents taught her to fear the human body.

Nearly everyone quoted seemed to feel that naked people might actually pose a physical danger to their lives. The proceedings appear to have been driven by emotion rather than logic. We can hope that cooler heads will prevail in 30 days but I have my doubts. Bad laws are hard to undo.

Are you sure she didn't cry because public speaking is the #1 most feared thing for humans to do? (We fear that more than death, apparently.) It's a lot of pressure when there's an entire room full of people looking at you! At her age, I'm pretty sure I would've started crying too...

But if she cried from the nudity, then she has a long stressful life ahead of her...
