What Happened to Phoenix Feeley aka Jill Coccaro?

On July 16, Phoenix Feeley aka Jill Coccaro was supposed to have been arraigned in Spring Lake Municipal Court for baring her breasts in public twice in the New Jersey town on June 27, 2008. Feeley is the woman who previously won a $29,000 settlement from the city of New York for false arrest on a previous demonstration of topfreedom.

Chapter Two, Article 114-12 of the Spring Lake borough ordinance, reads that “No person or persons shall disrobe or dress or undress on the beachfront or in the water adjacent thereto or on public streets or in public places or motor vehicles or any other vehicles on the streets of the borough or on or under the boardwalk immediately adjacent to the beachfront.”
