Nude Sarah Palin Painting Unveiled in Chicago

It's just kitschy tavern art that will not likely end up in the Louvre, but Bruce Elliott of Chicago is drawing crowds into The Old Town Ale House to see his four foot tall nude portrait of Alaska Governor and Republican Vice-Presidential nominee Sarah Palin.

Elliott admits to being a supporter of Senator Barack Obama. He also said that his daughter posed nude for the painting. He said, "My daughter is a heck of a stand-in for Sarah Palin. She can even do the voice."

"Newport Nude" Back On Display After 60 Years

A 1947 painting by Sir Gerald Kelly has gone back on display in Wales. Originally the controversy centered around the model's scandalous nudity, but today people seem more offended by the cigarette in her hand.

Office worker Elizabeth Ayres, 38, of Newport, said: 'She's a bit of a Fag Ash Lil but I can't imagine why the painting would be banned.

'Maybe it's because of the way she is staring - women in those days weren't allowed to be that brassy.'
