Another AANR Resort Markets to Swingers

In the wake of swinger lifestyle groups taking over Caliente and Paradise Lakes in Florida, and the recent controversy with erotic lifestyles groups at Lupin Lodge, Seminole Nudist Resort in Davie, Florida, is offering special rates to Swinglifestyle members on Saturday, June 26th.

It is reported that Seminole is also including free alcohol and a private bartender to the group, and activities include body painting, a slumber party boutique with lingerie, lotions, potions and adult toys, and a fashion show. There will also be an "ice-breaker" game called "Nuts & Bolts" to match up males with females.

Is this another "ambush" at an AANR nudist resort, as was claimed at Lupin Lodge, or is this another example of nudist resorts caving in to social and economic pressures?

UPDATE: Erich Schuttauf informs me today that Seminole has not been affiliated with AANR for "several months", even though the resort still claims AANR status on their website.

A shame this is becoming a trend. We'd visited Caliente a few years back and had a great time. I recently received a call from their 'customer service' area. They were a bit rude when I told them I was not interested in their offer. Growing up in S. Fl, I'd been to Seminole. Haven't been in a while. I have a feeling they are becoming desperate as high end developments have sprung up literaly on their fence line. I'm sure there is a lot of pressure from the new 'neighbors' to close them down.

Yes it is a sad situation that is putting a real blemish on AANR. Here in Montana we have been years behind the trends but with the internet being what it is so has Montana change. For the wife and I we don't like what is happening. Gone are the days when we joined a club in Australia 1975 when we where interview in our home then allow 3 visits before becoming members. Or is this just a sign of getting older in a younger world?

Something isn't working here we need to find a way to adjust to the new reality. I do not advocate caving into these swingers groups. I fear we are going to lose our clubs to them though if we don't find a way to adapt.

It is true that Seminole has not been affiliated with AANR for some time due to the fact that Seminole did not adhere to AANR's principles and standards. Even though Seminole's website states that it is affiliated with AANR, it is simply not true. And Seminole was removed from the AANR website months ago. I don't see how AANR can be linked to Seminole's practices in any way since the affiliation has ended.
