A recent survey conducted by a bathroom equipment company found that 46% of women regularly walk around the house in the nude. For men, the number is two thirds. The bad news is that one-third of all women surveyed have such serious body issues that they fear being naked with their partners. And 79% of women admit to being shy when in the locker room with other women.
Jill Parkinson, from www.shuc.com, the company which commissioned the research, said: "It's shocking how self-conscious people are about being naked in front of their partners - especially when it comes to the bathroom. "This shows how seriously people think about their body image - yet being bare-skinned is such a natural thing."
Modern society has a long way to go in helping these women overcome their fear of their own bodies, but from my perspective this survey shows that more than half of all people are natural nudists, at least within their own homes.
If you have the opportunity, the next time you step out of the shower and dry off, don't put on clothes and spend as much time as possible in the nude. Try sleeping in the nude. When you get home from work, take off all your clothes and relax in front of the TV, or have dinner in the nude. This is how most nudists start out, just discovering the simple joy and freedom of nudity, and most who adopt this sensibility never go back to the textile world.
You don't have to go to a nudist resort to be a nudist - all it takes is removing your clothes and letting go a little.

That is exactly the way I started enjoying the natural manner of dress -- sleeping nude and getting up, around in the morning, to the shower and slowly dressing. One of our teen daughters made a point of coming into our master dressing area while I was dressing -- often came in whil I was nude -- no comments and no problems. Later, I was even more casual around the house with our four kids (high school and college) ... they all know that Dad is a nudist.
When I worked out of town for several years, I did exactly as you describe -- strip as soon as I was back to my apartment and not dressing until I needed to go out.
Today, I arise, sit a bit on the throne, and start the day in my home office, as nude as when I was born ... the open window allowing the breeze to caress my body. In the evening, I often disrobe and spend the last several hours of the day in the same manner.
This is a GREAT way to enjoy God's creation!!

Wishing to Be Nude is as natural as wishing to be free and calm. But it is not possible for everybody particularly in India. Nirvanam is the Indian word for nude which also means free from all bondages.nudity implies sacrifice which is very hard to obtain. i have tried so many times this practice and always felt glad and satisfaction of it. i
wish to start a nude club in India some time when i get time and chance. the inhibition of nude should be eradicated first through net and popular men
