Why is clothing mandatory for it? So it won't offend the players? Is it because the event might be televized and the television audience could possibly see a nipple, a penis, or an ass?
I think it's not so much the fear that the audience would see a nipple or an ass, as that they might see a nipple or an ass belonging to a non-hot person.
