The kid's actions were cute and utterly appropriate. The mother's reaction was neither. The idea that a mother would become coercive in that situation (the child is 2; it's her wading pool; it's her yard; no one else around; supervised by her own Mommy) is appalling.
"Have you seen the way 2 year olds put their butts up in the air with their "stuff" in full view of anyone who wants to see? My yard is not secluded. Yes, she needs to wear undies outside."
It's apparent Mommy equates nudity with sex even for a 2-year-old. Sick.
