In the USA, the government should stay out of making decisions whether or not a person can be nude outdoors. As long it is done with good taste in a private area of a camping site or at the beach. They are so little places to go to be nude without having the law to interfere. And the majority of people that make these rulings have never tried social nudism, if they did maybe they would like it.
