Man Arrested for Nude Bike Ride

An Indiana man was arrested for riding his bike in the nude at about 2 in the morning, and charged with public indecency.

All he was wearing was sandals.

According to the police report, the man admitted drinking alcohol but did not think he was drunk. He was not given sobriety tests.

He also reportedly said he had been thinking about riding naked since 3 p.m. the day before because of the heat and that he likes being naked.

If convicted of the Class A misdemeanor, Besterman could face up to a year in jail and a $5,000 fine.

Geez, couldn't they just have told him to go home? How "indecent" can you be in the dark?
