The Crime of Skinny-Dipping

When I was a kid we used to go skinny-dipping with friends in a local pond, usually after we were done fishing. No swimsuits, no problem. If it happened today, it's likely that my parents would have been charged with a crime. This is what happened to an Oklahoma couple.
The Bairds allegedly “allowed and failed to stop” two girls, ages 11 and 14, from swimming naked together at the Baird home, in front of each other and other minor children, and an adult male and a juvenile male causing them to be in need of supervision to prevent public nudity and/or acting out behaviors.
It's called having a little fun. This is so ridiculous that the girls are identified only by initials in court papers in order to "protect their identities". Why? Was this a sex crime? What on earth did they do wrong? No wonder America is the laughing stock of the world when it comes to matters of human sexuality, we turn every little bit of normal sexual expression into a crime. Leave these poor girls alone, they were just being children.
