Yes, this is the standard by which we should judge a Supreme Court nominee.
Hey all, don't read between the lines on this story, it's just an amusing part of Sotomayer's past...no editorializing was intended on my part.
Indeed, this is a trivial matter. There are many more serious reasons to oppose her.
