Nude Protester Sues San Francisco for a Million Billion Dollars

Activist filmmaker Bret Carr was arrested in the nude during the Olympic Torch ceremonies on April 9.
Carr, performing as a singer/songwriter under the name "WAKE", has incorporated the arrest footage into a protest Music Video from his first album, "Wake Now!". Posted on Saturday August 2, 2008 at http://www.YouTube.com/Wake , the footage was viewed over 38,000 times and became #5 most viewed musician of the day. Carr has filed a Claim (*1) for $100,000,000, against the City of San Francisco, citing false arrest, 1st Amendment Violations and negligent misleading of the public, deterring his effective right to Assembly.
