Update on the PSU Streaker

For five hours, attorneys argued whether or not charges should be dismissed against Penn State student Elizabeth Burke for running nude during the annual Mifflin Streak.
Defense attorney Stacy Parks Miller even called fellow attorney Karen Muir to testify about art in the State College area, much of it in Penn State's Palmer Museum of Art, that depicts nudity as she argued that taking part in the Mifflin Streak does not constitute lewdness...Miller argues that the bystanders came to see the spectacle, and that no one was offended or alarmed, and that the event, therefore, was not lewd.
A ruling will come at a later date.
