The "indecent" scene from "NYPD Blue" which shows a woman's bare buttocks has received over 1.2 million views on YouTube. The FCC fine has actually encouraged more children to see what the government is professing to protect them from.

Could someone please explain to me how this scene is more harmful than the usual violence, gore, and mayhem that constitutes our regular TV fare?
Hi folks. I'm a guy from Norway, and I just wonder, how come American children must be protected from nudity? Do they get nightmare or something? Here in Norway last week I was at the swimming-hall and in the men’s-changing room there was this father who had brought his two daughters (maybe three and five years old) into the men’s-shower, and this is normal in Norway. And when I was a kid my mother brought med into the woman’s changing area, it was eater that or no swimming at all. And I can assure you that Norwegian kids don't get hurt in any way by exposure to nudity.
