Girls Gone Wild Be Gone Bill

If it was not true I would swear it was a creation of the satirical site The Onion. Tennessee State Senator Doug Jackson is seeking to fine cable TV stations $50,000 for airing commercials for the "Girls Gone Wild" videos. This is a prime example of overzealous government officials going way too far.
"Most people and most parents in the state of Tennessee will cheer this bill because they know as long as (cable companies) are making money, it will only get worse," he said.
The FCC does not regulate cable TV because it is not broadcast over the airwaves. This nutball senator must be stopped before The Sopranos, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Weeds, The L Word and other adult oriented shows are banned. Our freedoms are disappearing fast, my friends, it's up to you to speak out now.
