A judge has ruled that an officer who fled the scene of an accident in the nude was ordered to be reinstated to his job, and his conviction has been overturned. It was decided that the cop was truthful when he testified that he was driving naked in order to protect his BMW car seats from water because he had been swimming. He ran from the scene to conceal his nudity. It's clear that the prosecution in this case was prejudiced with the initial charges, presuming this man to be some sort of pervert just because he was naked. The truth is otherwise - he was just being logical by not wearing a sopping wet bathing suit in his car. Hopefully the man can get on with his life.
