A judge has ordered Florida radio station owner F. Douglas Wilhite to be released on his own recognizance, after concluding that the man was arrested on a "frivolous" anonymous tip. This article once again refers to this man as a "nudist".
It's probably just me, but I have a hard time thinking of multiple sex acts with teenagers as "frivolous". One would think the average judge would want this guy off the street. He makes Roman Polanski look like a pretty good guy.

Read the article, the judge did not call the charges frivilous, only the anonymous tip which told police the man was about to flee on his boat.
